ORDER (Clerk) The Motion filed by Appellant Richard Boyle to Grant Nunc Pro Tunc Relief with a Request to Expand the Record to include Appellants issue Regarding Mail Delivery; Request for Extension of Time to File a Response to the August 31, 2022, Legal Division Letter and to Direct the Clerk to Provide Copies of the Docket for Case Nos. 22-2416 and 22-2581 to Appellant on a Weekly Basis is granted insofar as it seeks leave to file a response in opposition to possible dismissal of the appeal out of time with filing as of October 17, 2022. No action will be taken on the request to expand the record to include Appellants issue regarding service of court documents as it is unnecessary as it is noted that Appellants motion containing the issues regarding mail delivery is part of the record on appeal. Appellants request for an extension of time to file a supplemental response to the Legal Divisions Letter dated August 31, 2022, is granted. Appellants supplemental response must be filed within fourteen (14) days of the date of this order. No action will be taken on Appellants request for copies of dockets for case nos. 22-2416 and 22-2581 on a weekly basis. Appellant is advised that requests for copies are submitted in writing and provided once the copy fee of $.50 (cents) per page for all copies of docket sheets are paid to the Clerk.
