ORDER (Clerk) After a jury trial in these consolidated cases, one defendant appealed an order declining to mold the jurys verdict and another order entering judgment against it. There may not, however, be a final decision[] appealable under 28 U.S.C. 1291 because the district court did not expressly adjudicate the parties cross-claims, see Owens v. Aetna Life & Casualty Co., 654 F.2d 218, 220 n.2 (3d Cir. 1981), and because the claims against another defendant were transferred before trial to a different district court, without explicitly being severed, and they remain pending, cf. Jenkins v. Prime Ins. Co., 32 F.4th 1343, 134447 (11th Cir. 2022); Rollins v. Mortg. Elec. Registration Sys., Inc., 737 F.3d 1250, 125153 & n.1 (9th Cir. 2013); Chapple v. Levinsky, 961 F.2d 372, 37374 (2d Cir. 1992). All parties must file written responses addressing these issues within fourteen days of this order..
