ORDER (Clerk) At the time Appellant filed his notice of appeal, he also filed a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. The District Court denied the motion on January 25, 2023. Accordingly, Appellant must either pay the docketing and filing fees of $505.00 to the District Court or file a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis in this Court within 30 days of the date of this order. If a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis is filed, it must include: the affidavit filed in the District Court, the District Court's statement of reasons for the denial, and an affidavit of poverty in compliance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. Section 1746. All opposing parties must be served with a copy of the motion and the Clerk must be advised in writing that such service has been made. Failure to comply within the time stated will result in the dismissal of the appeal without further notice pursuant to 3d Cir. L.A.R. 3.3 (b) and Misc. 107.1(a). The appropriate forms are enclosed.
