Filing 14 ORDER (Clerk) Upon further review of the case as docketed above, it appears that appellant may be subject to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. 1915(g), the 'three strikes' provision of the Prisoner Litigation Reform Act (PLRA). Accordingly, if appellant wishes to proceed with the appeal at C.A. Failure to either pay the fees or file an imminent danger motion within the time specified may result in the case being dismissed without further notice. 3rd Cir. LAR Misc. 107. If appellant does file a motion demonstrating imminent danger in support of his application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, his motion and IFP application will be submitted to the next available motions panel of the Court for determination, along with the appellees response to the appellants IFP application and any reply that the appellant may file.
