Filing 11
ORDER (Clerk) As a decision regarding the three-strike issue was entered in Appeal No. 20-1278 on May 4, 2023, the motion to stay is denied. At the time Appellant filed the notice of appeal in this case, he has three District Court actions dismissed as frivolous or for failure to state a claim: E.D. Pa. No. 2-19-cv-01687; E.D. Pa. No. 2-22-cv-04186; and E.D. Pa. No. 2-22-cv-002328. Therefore, he must still file a motion demonstrating imminent danger in this appeal. The motion must be filed and served within 21 days of the date of this order. Failure to file the motion will result in the dismissal of this appeal as to Mr. Talley without further notice. The motion for extension of time is granted. On or before June 20, 2023, counsel must enter an appearance on behalf of Pennsylvanians with Mental Illness and Minorities of Pennsylvania, or the appeal will be dismissed as to those two Appellants only.--[Edited 05/30/2023 by TMM] (TMM) [Entered: 05/30/2023 10:56 AM]
