| Filing 3 CLERK ORDER The defendants in these four cases have appealed four similar orders remanding the cases back to state court. These appeals are hereby consolidated for disposition. The appeals are further consolidated for scheduling and joint briefing as follows. All previously issued briefing schedules are vacated. The Clerk will issue a new briefing schedule in all four appeals when the newest appeal is ready for briefing. The appellants' opening brief and the joint appendix have already been filed in their first appeal (No. 22-2515). By the deadline established in the forthcoming briefing schedule, the appellants must file a single, consolidated brief and the joint appendix addressing their other three appeals (Nos. 22-3321, 22-3322, and 23-1807). Because the Court disfavors redundant briefing, the appellants are encouraged to adopt portions of their previously filed brief by reference. See Fed. R. App. P. 28(i). All appellees (who previously expressed a desire to file a joint response brief) must then file a single, consolidated response brief addressing all four appeals. If the appellants would like to reply, they must file a single, consolidated reply brief addressing all four appeals. When electronically filing documents on the Court's docket, the parties should file documents only in the appeal(s) to which the documents relate. Case-opening forms for later filed appeals must only be filed in the new appeals and not re-filed in earlier appeals in which the forms were previously filed.
