During a recent phone call, Mr. Flahive also advised the Clerk's Office that Ms. Morales intends to stay in Mexico pending the completion of the child custody proceedings in that country. In light of the foregoing, the parties, through their respective District Court counsel, are ordered to address whether this appeal is now moot and/or if Ms. Morales intends to pursue the appeal.
