ORDER (SHWARTZ, MATEY and FREEMAN, Circuit Judges) Appellant seeks to appeal from the District Court's order entered May 18, 2023, so his notice of appeal was due by June 19. 2023. See Fed. R. App P. 4(a)(1), 26(a)(1). That deadline is mandatory and jurisdictional. See Bowles v. Russell, 551 U.S. 205, 209 (2007). There is no basis in the record for extending that deadline. See Fed. R.
