Filing 11 ORDER (Clerk) This appeal is currently stayed under Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 4(a)(4) because the appellant filed a motion for reconsideration in the district court. The stay will automatically expire when the district court disposes of the reconsideration motion. A party intending to challenge the order disposing of the reconsideration motion must file a notice of appeal or an amended notice of appeal. During the stay, the appellant submitted her brief for this appeal. Further briefing is stayed until the district court decides the reconsideration motion. If the district court denies reconsideration and the appellant files a timely amended notice of appeal, the appellant must notify this Court whether she wants to file a supplemental brief addressing the denial of reconsideration. Her notification must be filed in this Court within seven days after she files her amended notice of appeal. Unless the appellant will be filing a supplemental brief, the appellees response brief must be filed and served within sixty days after the district court disposes of the reconsideration motion.
