Although the minor child's parents litigated under their first names and last initials during the district-court proceedings, it does not appear they ever requestedor were grantedpermission to conceal their full names. If the parents wish to continue using only their last initials on appeal, they must file in this Court a motion requesting such relief within thirty days of this order. If no such motion is timely filed, the caption for this appeal may be amended without further notice to include the parents' full names. The parties should comply with these privacy rules in any future filings. The Clerk will not review each filing for compliance. This order has no impact on any filings in the District Court, and the parties should address any issues regarding those filings with that Court. Any future filings should be in compliance with Fed.
