Filing 3 ORDER (Clerk) The plaintiff has appealed an order entered under Federal Arbitration Act that compelled arbitration and stayed litigation pending the arbitration proceedings. This order may not be immediately appealable. See 9 U.S.C. Section 16(b)(1), (2). Even if it were, the plaintiff did not appeal until over two years later. See 28 U.S.C. Section 2107(a); Fed. R. App. P. 4(a)(1). In the meantime, the district court does not appear to have entered a "final decision[]" from which an appeal could be taken under 28 U.S.C. Section 1291. See Zosky v.
