ORDER (Clerk) The foregoing motion is denied. The appeal at No. 22-2727 has concluded. The Court issued a decision on September 15, 2023, dismissing the appeal for lack of jurisdiction. Except for the appellant's opportunity to seek rehearing, the Court's decision concluded the appeal. The appellant's petition for rehearing is currently pending with the Court and the parties will be advised when a decision has been entered. The appellant is further advised that separate fees are assessed for each appeal, even if the appeals involve the same underlying district court action. See, e.g., Lebron v. ORDER (Clerk) The foregoing submissions are considered. Appellant's "sealed" motion to file motion under seal, for extension of time to pay the fees, and for stay of the payment of filing fees is granted in part. Pursuant to the Clerk's letter dated November 28, 2023, Appellant must pay the full filing and docketing fees in the amount of $505.00 to the District Court or file a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis no later than December 12, 2023.
