Filing 4 ORDER (Clerk) The cross-appeal at No. 23-3208 has been docketed using the initials of Plaintiff M. A. In accordance with the December 7, 2023 Clerks Order entered in Appeal No. 23-3156, Appellant/Cross-Appellee M. A. must file a motion in this Court if she wishes to continue using her initials on appeal. The motion must address what effect, if any, the fact that M. A. was eighteen (18) at the time the District Court action was filed has on her motion to proceed using initials. In addition, as it does not appear that Appellant/Cross-Appellees full name is in any of the District Court filings, she must provide the Court with her full name to insure proper internal processing of the appeals. If M. A. is filing a motion to proceed under initials, her full name should be provided in a separate SEALED response. Otherwise, she may file a letter response indicating she is not proceeding under initials and disclosing her full name. The motion and/or response must be filed and served in both cases within seven (7) days of the date of this order. This deadline supersedes the one set in the December 7, 2023 Clerks Order.
