ORDER (Clerk) The appeals are consolidate for purposes of scheduling, joint appendix, Appellees' brief, and disposition. Appellants are encourged to consult with one another regarding the contents of their briefs as the Court disfavors repetitive briefs. Appellants may file a consolidated brief or join in or adopt portions by reference.Appeal No. 23-3099 was stayed on December 18, 2023 pursuant to 11 U.S.C. Section 362, as the Court received a Suggestion of Bankruptcy indicating that Wei Xiang Yong a/k/a John Wei, a defendant in the lower court, filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. As it appears the bankruptcy proceedings are still pending, Appeal No. 24-1131 will also be STAYED. Wei Xiang Yong is directed to file a status report within 60 days from the date of this order and every 90 days thereafter until the automatic stay is lifted or the bankruptcy is discharged.
