February 28, 2024 Opinion or Order Filing 11 ORDER (Clerk) The foregoing motions are considered. Appellants motion to re-position the filed stamp on documents is granted. The Clerk will move this Courts filed stamp on documents docketed in this case to a place separate from the district courts stamp for easy viewing. Action on Appellants motion for exemption of PACER fees is deferred. Within fourteen (14) days of the date of this order, Appellant must file a supplement to the motion that includes her PACER account number and demonstrates that an exemption is necessary in order to avoid unreasonable burdens, that Appellant agrees not to sell the data obtained as a result, and that she will not transfer any data obtained as a result of a fee exemption, unless expressly authorized by the court. Appellant is also advised that PACER allows free access and exemptions for certain items.
