Filing 7 ORDER (Clerk) The foregoing motion is considered. It is noted that the motion contains the signature of Appellant Jessica Berk only, without the signatures of Appellants Robert Driscoll and William Henry Kennedy. As it does not appear that Ms. Berk is a licensed attorney, she lacks standing to seek relief on behalf of parties she does not represent. See 18 U.S.C. Section 1654; see also Becker v. Montgomery, 532 U.S. 757, 760 (2001). The Clerk will, however, grant an extension of time in this instance only for all Appellants. Accordingly, Appellants' joint response must be filed on or before April 3, 2023. All future submissions intended to be filed jointly should include the personal signatures of all Appellants. Failure to adhere to this requirement may lead to sanctions imposed by the Court, including dismissal of the appeal for that party. (TMM) [Entered: 03/19/2024 12:14 PM] |
