ORDER (Clerk) The plaintiff appealed after the district court dismissed all of the plaintiffs claims. It is not clear, however, that the district court entered a final decision[] appealable under 28 U.S.C. 1291. Some of the plaintiffs claims were dismissed merely without prejudice. See Borelli v. City of Reading, 532 F.2d 950, 951-52 (3d Cir. 1976). And the defendants crossclaims and third-party complaint were not expressly adjudicated by the district court. See Owens v. Aetna Life & Casualty Co., 654 F.2d 218, 220 n.2 (3d Cir. 1981) (re crossclaims); Knox v. U.S. Lines Co., 294 F.2d 354, 360 (3d Cir. 1961) (re third-party complaint).
