Filing 3 ORDER (Clerk) Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 5.2, personal identifier information must be redacted from most filings. These identifiers include Social Security numbers, names of minor children, financial account numbers, dates of birth, and home addresses in criminal cases. Accordingly, this appeal has been docketed under the initials of the minor appellant, rather than the minor child's full name. Although the minor child's parents litigated under their initials during the district-court proceedings, it does not appear they ever requestedor were grantedpermission to do so. If the parents wish to continue using only initials on appeal, they must file a motion in this Court requesting such relief within 14 days of this order. As it does not appear that the parents' full names are in any of the district-court filings, the parents must provide the Court with their full names to insure proper internal processing of this appeal. [-See Order for Full Text.] (CJG) [Entered: 02/28/2024 11:04 AM] |
