ORDER (Clerk) Action on the motion to proceed in forma pauperis is deferred. If Appellants are unable to pay the docketing and filing fee of $605.00 to the District Court, they must submit affidavits of poverty (enclosed). As Kenneth and Janice are married, they may choose to file a joint affidavit of poverty provided that the joint affidavit contains both of their original signatures. Kristina must file a separate affidavit (enclosed) containing her original signature. The affidavits of poverty must be filled out completely. All questions must have a response, even if the answer is "0", "none," or "not applicable." The affidavits of poverty must be filed within fourteen (14) days of the date of this order. Failure to file the affidavits within the time stated, may result in the dismissal of the appeal pursuant to 3d CIR L.A.R. 3.3 and Misc. 107.1 without further notice.
