Filing 4 ORDER (Clerk) The appeals at Nos. 24-2396, 24-2397, 24-2398, 24-2399, and 24-2400 are hereby consolidated for all purposes. The parties are advised that all case opening forms, motions, responses, and briefs (should briefing issue in these cases) must be electronically filed in all cases on the Court's electronic case filing (ECF) system. Appellants seek review of the District Court's June 26, 2024 order entered in all five of the District Court actions. The order appealed may not be final within the meaning of 28 U.S.C. Section 1291 and may not otherwise be appealable at this time. See Carteret Sav. Bank v. Shushan, 919 F.2d 225, 228 (3d Cir. 1990) (". . . [o]ur general rule is that orders transferring venue are not immediately appealable"). All parties must file written responses addressing this issue, with a certificate of service attached, within 14 days from the date of this order.
