Filing 8 NONCOMPLIANCE Order sent to Petitioners. The petition and other filings were signed by only Petitioner Gregory Stenstrom, who has filed an entry of appearance as the lead petitioner. It is hereby ORDERED that all other Petitioners must personally sign a copy of the petition, memorandum in support, and all other related filings, and return them to the Clerk's Office within 14 days of the date of this Order. Failure to do so will result in dismissal of the case as to that party. Each Petitioner must also personally sign any and all future submissions in this case that are intended to be filed on that individual's behalf. Petitioners did not submit the docketing fee or motions for leave to proceed in forma pauperis with the petition. Within fourteen (14) days of the date of this order, Petitioners must either remit payment of the $600.00 docketing fee or each file a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and affidavit. Petitioners must also provide a copy of the petition for writ of mandamus and related filings to each of the District Court judges. A certificate of service reflecting that the petition and other filings have been provided to each must be submitted to the Court of Appeals within 14 days of the date of this order. See Fed. R.
