ORDER (BIBAS, PORTER and MONTGOMERY-REEVES, Circuit Judges) This appeal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. In order for us to have jurisdiction over an appeal, the notice of appeal must be timely filed. See Bowles v. Russell, 551 U.S. 205, 208-14 (2007) (explaining that the time limit is mandatory and jurisdictional). In this case, the notice of appeal would be timely filed if it was filed, at the latest, within 60 days of the entry of the order or judgment being appealed. See Fed. R. App. P. 4(a)(1)(A)-(B). The District Court entered the challenged order, which complied with the separate judgment rule, see Fed R. Civ. P. 58(a), on December 31, 2024. Appellant untimely filed his notice of appeal more than 60 days later, on March 7, 2025. Panel No.: ALD-161. Montgomery-Reeves, Authoring Judge. (GCH) [Entered: 06/10/2025 10:02 AM]
