A copy of the petition is enclosed for Petitioners information. The Courts decision denying the above-docketed petition for writ of mandamus was entered on May 8, 2025. If Petitioner would like to seek review of the Courts decision, he may file a petition for rehearing. If the time to seek rehearing has passed, a motion for leave to file the petition for rehearing out of time must also be filed. It is noted that Petitioner did file a petition for writ of prohibition in February, which was docketed at Case No. 25-1330.
