ORDER (Clerk) At the time the notice of appeal was filed in the District Court, the operative complaint was the one filed on June 11, 2024, Document No. 207. As such, only the defendants named in that complaint were added to the case and caption. The notice of appeal filed by Appellant indicates, however, that he is appealing the "case in its entirety from its inception." In the event Appellant intends to include argument related to parties named in the original complaint (Document 1) or the amended complaint (Document No. 63) and dismissed before the third amended complaint was filed, those defendants will be added to the case. They will not be added to the caption. The caption will, however, be amended to include the plaintiff Susan B. Fake, as she was inadvertently not included when the case was opened. The amended caption will read as follows: [Please open the attachment for the full text of the Order] If any of the defendants added to the case wish to participate in this appeal, they must so advise the Court in writing and counsel must file an entry of appearance within fourteen (14) days of the date of this order. To facilitate electronic filing for larger groups of parties represented by the same attorney, the first named party in each group will be the designated filer, as follows: For all parties represented by Megan L. Mallek, Esq., or any other attorney from the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts, the designated filer shall be the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Counsel is advised that the designated filer is for cm/ecf filing purposes only. Names of all represented parties must be listed on all forms, motions, and briefs. Attorneys representing smaller groups of parties must select all individual persons or entities as filers in cm/ecf. Any response to Appellant's pending motions (ECF Nos. 14 and 15) and/or the Legal Division letters listing the case for possible dismissal and summary action (ECF Nos. 11 and 19) must be filed within 30 days of the date of this order. (AMR) [Entered: 07/25/2025 02:30 PM]
