ORDER (SHWARTZ, MATEY and CHUNG, Circuit Judges) We have jurisdiction over Appellants appeal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1291. We exercise plenary review over dismissals for failure to state a claim under 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2). See Allah v. Seiverling, 229 F.3d 220, 223 (3d Cir. 2000). The District Courts order dismissing Appellants complaint with prejudice is summarily affirmed because the appeal presents no substantial question. See 3d Cir. L.A.R. 27.4; I.O.P. 10.6. The District Court appropriately dismissed Appellants complaint because he failed to state a constitutional claim redressable under 28 U.S.C. 1983. Appellants complaint did not adequately plead any defendants personal involvement in the complained-of conduct. See Rode v. Dellarciprete, 845 F.2d 1195, 1207 (3d Cir. 1988). The District Court granted Appellant leave to amend to cure these deficiencies within 30 days of its without-prejudice dismissal. As Appellant failed to file his amendment within the allotted timeframe, we discern no error in the District Courts subsequent with-prejudice dismissal of his complaint..
