ORDER (Clerk)The foregoing motions, response and notice are considered. Action on the motions by Appellants Florence Mason and Sherriah Mason to proceed in forma pauperis is deferred pending submission of additional information. As it appears that Appellants are not confined, amended affidavits detailing Appellants account balances in section 4 and expenses the Appellants incur on average per month in Section 8 of the affidavit must be filed. Two blank copies of the affidavit are enclosed for Appellants convenience. The Appellants must each individually submit the completed amended affidavit of poverty within 14 days of the date of this order or the appeal may be dismissed. It is noted that the Court has not received payment of the filing fees or a motion to proceed in forma pauperis from Appellant Clifton Mason. Accordingly, as Mr. Mason has failed to satisfy the fee requirements as directed, the appeal is hereby dismissed as to Clifton Mason for failure to timely prosecute pursuant to Fed. R.
