ORDER (RESTREPO, FREEMAN and NYGAARD, Circuit Judges) Appellant appeals from the July 9, 2025 order of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey ("the DNJ") , which dismissed some of the defendants from this case and transferred the remainder of the case to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida ("the SDFL").
