ORDER (Clerk) The motion to withdraw the appeal is denied as presented. Pursuant to Fed. R. App. P. 4(a)(4), the above-docketed appeal was stayed pending the District Court's disposition of Appellant's motion for reconsideration. That motion has now been decided. As such, the notice of appeal from the August 20, 2025 District Court order has been docketed in the above case as an amended notice of appeal (see ECF No. 11). A new case was not opened for the second notice of appeal. Any issues concerning the District Court's June 30, 2025 order denying Appellant's writ of coram nobis and the August 20, 2025 order denying reconsideration should be addressed in the above-docketed case. The request for extension of time to file a petition for rehearing is denied as unnecessary as the Court has not yet issued a decision in this case. Once the Court does issue a final decision in this case, Appellant may file a petition for rehearing. Appellant should refer to Fed. R. App. P. 40 for guidance on filing a petition for rehearing. Appellant's request for copies of 28 U.S.C. Section 2241 forms is denied without prejudice to renewal in the appropriate District Court as petitions for writ of habeas corpus must be filed in the District Court.
