ORDER (Clerk) The Court received a Suggestion of Bankruptcy indicating that Appellant Sung Ho Mo filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. It is noted that Appellant was a defendant in the lower court. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the above captioned appeal is stayed pursuant to 11 U.S.C. Section: 362. Appellant is directed to file a status report within 90 days from the date of this order and every 90 days thereafter until the automatic stay is lifted or the bankruptcy is discharged.
