ORDER (Clerk) This petition for permission to appeal was filed through this Courts electronic-filing system. Original proceedings are not, however, filed on any existing Third Circuit docket. For that reason, e-filing them does not automatically send the petition to the respondents (as filing in an existing case would do). A person filing an original proceeding must separately serve all respondents in accordance with Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 25(c). See Clerks Notice to ECF Filers [That] CM/ECF Is Now Accepting Original Proceedings Submissions (June 4, 2020) (Filers are required to comply with service of the filing in accordance with FRAP 25 prior to submitting an Original Proceeding through CM/ECF.). The certificate of service accompanying this petition incorrectly suggested the respondents were served via the Courts e-filing system. Within three days, the petitioner must file a supplemental certificate of service showing that all respondents were served. The petitioner must also file an addendum containing the district courts order that the petitioner seeks to appeal (ECF No. 772), which was not attached to the petition. See Fed. R. App. P. 5(b)(1)(E)(i) (requiring copy of order in addition to opinion). The addendum must be filed within three days of this order. (SB) [Entered: 04/15/2025 09:52 AM]
