ORDER (Clerk) TheMotion by Attorneys Samuel W. Cortes, Esq., Ashley L. Beach, Esq., and Jocelyn Mendez, Esq., of Fox Rothschild LLP, to Withdraw as Counsel for Appellants is granted. Appellants' counsel must immediately provide a copy of this order to Appellants and file proof of service with the Court within 7 days of the date of this order. Appellants are directed to have new counsel enter an appearance within 60 days of the date of this order. The parties are advised that a corporation, partnership, or other artificial entity may appear and be represented in this Court only by a licensed attorney who is also a member of this Court's bar. See Simbraw v. United States, 367 F.2d 373 (3d Cir. 1966). In addition, the motion to withdraw included a notice that Appellant Steven B. Kahlon filed a petition for relief under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. It is noted that Mr. Kahlon was a defendant in the lower court. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the above captioned appeal is stayed pursuant to 11 U.S.C. Section: 362. Appellant Kahlon is directed to file a status report within 90 days from the date of this order and every 90 days thereafter until the automatic stay is lifted or the bankruptcy is discharged. It should be noted that failure to comply with this status report filing requirement may result in the administrative termination of the appeal.
