ORDER (BIBAS, PHIPPS and NYGAARD, Circuit Judges) Petitioner's requests for leave to submit his various filings under seal are granted, and his filings shall remain under seal for 25 years. Petitioner's motion to proceed pseudonymously is denied, as is his application under 28 U.S.C. Section 2244 to file a second or successive motion pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 2255. Petitioner has not shown that his motion relies on newly discovered evidence that establishes by clear and convincing evidence that no reasonable factfinder would have found him guilty, see 28 U.S.C. Section 2255 (h)(1), or "a new rule of constitutional law, made retroactive to cases on collateral review by the Supreme Court that was previously unavailable," see id. Section 2255(h)(2).
