ORDER (Clerk) Accordingly, this action has been docketed under the initials of the minor appellant, rather than the minor child's first name. Although the minor child's parent litigated under her initials during the district-court proceedings, it does not appear she ever requested or was granted permission to conceal her name. If the parent wishes to continue using only initials on appeal, she must file a separate motion in this Court requesting such relief within 14 days of this order. As it does not appear that the parent's full name is in any of the district-court filings, the parent must provide the Court with her full name to ensure proper internal processing of this appeal. If the parent is filing a motion to proceed under initials, her full name should be filed in a separate SEALED response to this order. Otherwise, the parent may file a letter response indicating she is not proceeding under initials and disclosing her full name. The parties should comply with these privacy rules in any future filings. The Clerk will not review each filing for compliance.
