Filing 3
ORDER (Clerk) granting Unopposed Motion by Respondent FERC in No. 26-2494 to Hold Case in Abeyance. The case will be stayed until August 3, 2026. On or before that date, Respondent must file the agency record index in all three pending petitions for review. The above-docketed cases are consolidated for purposes of scheduling, joint appendix, Respondent's brief, and disposition. Petitioners are encouraged to consult with one another regarding the contents of their briefs as the Court disfavors repetitive briefs. Petitioners may file a consolidated brief or join in or adopt portions by reference. See Fed. R. App. P. 28(i). The parties are hereby directed to electronically file documents on the Court's docket as follows: Petitioners: All case opening forms, motions, and briefs must be filed only in the case number assigned to the filer's petition for review. If a document is being filed jointly by multiple petitioners, the document must be filed only in the case numbers assigned to the filing petitioners. Respondent: All case opening forms must be filed in all cases in which the respondent intends to participate. All motions should be filed only in those cases for which the relief is being requested. Respondent's consolidated brief must be filed in all cases to which the respondent is responding. The consolidated joint appendix must be filed in all case numbers. The parties are advised that case opening forms for later filed petitions must only be filed in the new cases and not re-filed in earlier cases in which the forms were previously filed. The parties are further advised that failure to file documents in the appropriate case may result in the issuance of a noncompliance order. If any party is unsure how to file a particular document, he or she should call the case manager prior to filing the document. [26-1840, 26-1901, 26-2494] (JK) [Entered: 06/18/2026 03:24 PM]
