ORDER (Clerk) It is noted that the petition for review filed on behalf of Petitioner Evanidia Roxana Chavez-Chilel contains a one sentence request for a stay of removal. A motion for stay filed in the Third Circuit must meet the standard for granting a preliminary injunction. See Douglas v. Ashcroft, 374 F.3d 230, 234 (3d Cir. 2004). In addition, when filing motions with the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the motion must state "with particularity the grounds for the motion, the relief sought, and the legal argument necessary to support it." Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 27(a)(2)(A). The form of the papers, page limits, number of copies and service are governed by Rule 27(d). It is emphasized that these procedures apply to motions in immigration cases. Furthermore, the opinions of the Board of Immigration Appeals and of the Immigration Judge, including the transcript of the oral decision, if any, should accompany any motion requesting a stay of removal. Therefore, no action will be taken regarding the request for a stay of removal. This order is without prejudice to filing of a motion which complies with the requirements of this Court.
