ORDER (Clerk) This petition presents timeliness and/or venue issues impacted by Riley v. Bond 606 U.S. 259 (2025). Three petitions with similar post- Riley issues were consolidated by the Court for disposition before a single merits panel (Nos. 25-2358, 25-2415, & 25-2424). Pursuant to the Court's orders consolidating those three petitions, the above-captioned petition is STAYED until the three consolidated petitions have been resolved or until further order. This stay does not apply to the parties' following obligations: fee payments (or moving to proceed in forma pauperis), filing the record, filing disclosure statements, docketing statements, and case-opening forms, responding to motions (including motions for a stay of removal). If Petitioner fails to timely comply with their case-opening obligations, the petition may be dismissed. See 3d Cir. L.A.R. 107.1, 107.2(a). This order does not prevent removal. Petitioner must file an appropriate motion if Petitioner wishes to seek a stay of removal. (GCH) [Entered: 06/24/2026 04:13 PM]
