ORDER (BIBAS, PHIPPS and NYGAARD, Circuit Judges) Michael West pleaded guilty to two counts related to possession and distribution of child pornography and was sentenced on February 22, 2013. Since that time, Michael West has filed 18 separate motions or petitions seeking to challenge his conviction and sentence. The pleadings were repetitive and frivolous and all were unsuccessful. Upon the denial of Mr. Wests latest motion under 28 U.S.C. 2244, the Court ordered Mr. West to show cause why he should not be enjoined from filing any further applications, petitions, or motions directed at his 2013 conviction. [Please open the attachment for the full text of the Order] Accordingly, Mr. West is hereby enjoined from filing any further appeal, motion, or petition for the purpose of challenging his conviction in United States v. Michael West, D.N.J. No. 2:12-cr-00332-001. The Clerk of Court shall not accept any future filings from Mr. West that fall within the scope of this injunction. Nygaard, Authoring Judge.
