ORDER (Clerk) It is noted that the District Courts opinion on appeal and other portions of this case are sealed in the District Court. Because it is sealed, the Clerk has not filed the District Courts opinion on this Courts docket. Any party who wishes to continue the seal must file a motion pursuant to Third Circuit Local Appellate Rule 106.1(c)(2) within thirty (30) days of the date the notice of appeal was filed, or the seal will be lifted, and the opinion will be added to the docket without restriction. Any motion under Rule 106.1(c)(2) should specify the scope of the relief requested, including the basis for sealing and the desired duration of the sealing order. If any party intends to file other sealed documents with the Court during the appeal, the filing party must file an appropriate motion to seal, submit the documents separately, and title the filing as SEALED. See 3d Cir. L.A.R. 106.1(a). The parties are directed to use the CM/ECF events preceded by the word SEALED whenever filing any documents which may contain sealed material. All hard copies of documents submitted to this Court should be properly labeled that they are SEALED and provided in a clearly marked envelope. (SB) [Entered: 07/27/2026 11:16 AM]

ORDER (Clerk)During the district-court proceedings, Savant Neglected Diseases, LLC (Savant) participated as an intervenor. Savant is directed to advise this Court within fourteen (14) days of the date of this order whether it will participate in the appeal and, if so, what party it will support. If Savant wishes to participate in the appeal and file a separate brief, its brief will be due on the same day as the party it is supporting. Savant and the party it is supporting are encouraged to consult with one another regarding the contents of their briefs as the Court disfavors repetitive briefs. Savant may join in or adopt portions by reference. See Fed. R. App. P. 28(i). Failure to respond to this order will be deemed a notice of non-participation and Savant will not be permitted to file a brief. (SB) [Entered: 07/27/2026 11:14 AM]
