Ding, Danielle Litwak, National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, NAACP New Jersey State Conference, Salvation and Social Justice, AAPI New Jersey, Returning Citizens Support Group, Association of Black Women Lawyers of New Jersey, Garden State Bar Association, New Jersey Muslim Lawyers Association, Peoples Organization for Progress, and Edwin Ortiz leave to intervene. Each group of intervenors is directed to advise this Court within fourteen (14) days of the date of this order if they will participate in the appeal and, if so, what party the intervenors will support. If the intervenors wish to participate in the appeal and file a separate brief, the brief will be due on the same day as the party the intervenors are supporting.
