ORDER (Clerk) Petitioners seek permission to appeal under Fed. R. Civ. P. 23(f), an August 26, 2026 District Court order, denying a motion for class certification. Under Rule 23(f), any petition for permission to appeal must be filed with the circuit clerk within 14 days after the order is entered. The above-docketed petition was filed on September 10, 2026. Given this, this Court may not have authority to consider the petition for permission to appeal. Any response to this jurisdictional issue and/or the petition for permission to appeal must be filed within fourteen (14) days of the date of this order. In addition, multiple volumes of the addenda were filed under seal. Within five (5) days of the date of this order, Petitioner must file a motion for leave to file those documents under seal. The motion to seal must specify the scope of the relief requested, the basis for sealing, and the desired duration of the sealing order. Any response to the motion to seal must be filed within fourteen (14) days of the date of this order.
