| COURT IMPOSED party sanctions against Peter Victor Ayika. Reason: We have previously warned Ayika against repetitive, frivolous filings.Because Ayika has made multiple such filings since that warning, we now impose sanctions on him. Ayika is required to seek advance written permission of a judge of the forum court before filing any pro se, in forma pauperis, civil appeal, or any pro se, in forma pauperis, initial civil pleading. The Clerk of this court and the Clerks of all federal district courts in this Circuit are directed to return to Ayika, unfiled, any attempted submission inconsistent with this condition. Ayika is cautioned that any future frivolous or repetitive filings in this court or any court subject to this court's jurisdiction will subject him to additional sanctions.
