| Filing 6 DOCUMENT RECEIVED - NO ACTION TAKEN. No action will be taken on the 8/17/23 correspondence received from Appellant Mr. Philippe Padieu seemingly asserting the filing fee for this appeal has been addressed, which it has not. While there is a refernce to the filing fee having been paid in case number 6:20cv6, that number is different from the case number in this appeal. To the extent he refers to having been granted IFPfor in filing the original complaint, that fee status will not carry over for appeal purposes. He will need to reapply for IFP instead. Further, the appeal will not be granted as indicated. It will instead be considered upon completion of the briefing schedule along with the merits of the appeal.
