OPINION and JUDGMENT filed: The dismissal of Glazer's Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) claims against Chase and its denial of Glazer's motions to amend the complaint are AFFIRMED. The dismissal of Glazer's FDCPA claims against Reimer, Arnovitz, Cherneck & Jeffrey Co., L.P.A. is REVERSED.
