Copy of District Court Order filed granting in forma pauperis. ORDER: (1) Salinas' 11 Motion for Leave to Appeal in forma pauperis is GRANTED; (2) Within 28 days, Salinas must pay $31.45 to the Clerk of the Court as an initial partial filing fee; (3) The Clerk of the Court shall open an account in Salinas's name for receipt of the filing fee. The Clerk shall complete a Notice of Payment Form (EDKY Form 525) with (a) Salinass name, (b) his inmate registration number, and (c) this case number; (4) The Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order and the Notice of Payment Form (EDKY Form 525) upon the Jailer/Warden of the institution in which Salinas is currently confined and to the Clerk of 6CCA; (5) Each month, Salinas's custodian shall send the Clerk of the Court a payment in an amount equal to 20% of his income for the preceding month out of his inmate trust fund account, but only if the amount in the account exceeds $10.00. The custodian shall continue such monthly payments until the entire $505.00 filing fee is paid; and (6)The Clerk of the Court shall send a copy of this Order to the Clerk of 6CCA.
