ORDER filed: Plaintiff appeals the judgment for defendant in this diversity action alleging breach of contract and arising from the publication of a magazine substantially based on the likeness of plaintiffs magazine. Counsel for the plaintiff now moves to withdraw, alleging that the plaintiff has not executed a retainer agreement for the appeal. A corporation must be represented by counsel; it cannot proceed pro se. Rowland v. California Mens Colony, 506 U.S. 194, 201-02 (1993). The plaintiff is given thirty (30) days from the date of this order in which to secure new counsel and for counsel to enter an appearance. If at the end of that period no new counsel has entered an appearance, this appeal is likely to be dismissed for want of prosecution.
