ORDER filed: The bankruptcy record reflects that the stay as to non-debtor defendants expired on May 7, 2025. Thus, at least as to defendants Grand Prairie Health Care Services and Victoria Janowiecki, the stay has expired, and the motion is DENIED [ # 4 ]. However, the automatic stay of 11 U.S.C. 362(a) applies to proceedings against the debtor, Patton v. Bearden, 8 F.3d 343, 349 (6th Cir. 1993), and the stay remains in effect as to Wellpath. See 362(c) (explaining when the automatic stay expires). Accordingly, the motion [ # 4 ] is GRANTED insofar as the appeal will be held in abeyance against Wellpath only. The appeal shall proceed in the normal course as to defendants Grand Prairie Health Care Services and Victoria Janowiecki.
