Defendant Josephs escorted Plaintiff around the dwelling property initially and disregarded multiple requests from Plaintiff to use the restroom. Defendant Josephs refused to allow Plaintiff to use a restroom in the dwelling and Plaintiff ultimately had to urinate in his front yard within view of his neighbors dwelling.
