Filing 10
ORDER filed: Upon entry of final judgment, No. 24-3949 was dismissed as duplicative in light of the plaintiffs appeal in No. 24-3975. Further, on June 9, 2025, the court sua sponte dismissed No. 25-3277 as taken from a non-appealable order. Accordingly, the motion to consolidate is GRANTED IN PART, and Nos. 24-3975 and 25-3211 are consolidated. The motion is DENIED insofar as it seeks to consolidate closed Nos. 24-3949 and 25-3277. The plaintiffs motion to dismiss No. 25-3211 reflects a belief that the appeal is taken from an order denying a motion to seal. However, No. 25-3211 is an appeal from the district courts January 21, 2025 non-document order striking subpoena-related motions. Therefore, the plaintiffs motion to dismiss is DENIED without prejudice. If the plaintiff persists in his request to dismiss No. 25-3211 after review of this order, he may file a renewed motion. The plaintiffs motions for leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis in Nos. 24-3975 and 25-3211 remain pending before the court. [7361871-2[, [ # 7361872-2 ].
