However, we offer the following: In light of Chad Farleys legal blindness, the clerk will convert all court-issued documents to 14-point font. Briefing extensions are disfavored. 6 Cir. R. 26(a)(1), 6 Cir. I.O.P. 26(a). However, the court may grant reasonable extensions for demonstrated good cause. Fed. R. App. P. 26(b). If and as needed, the Farleys may seek relief from deadlines in accordance with the Rules. Oversized briefs are seldom permitted. 6 Cir. I.O.P. 28(a). The Farleys may move for specific relief as necessary. The Farleys may submit documents containing their written signature to the courts pro se email box. 6 Cir. R. 25(b)(2)(A), (d)(3). Documents transmitted to the courts pro se email box are deemed filed upon receipt of the email. 6 Cir. R. 25(e)(1)(B)(ii).
