ORDER filed: Upon review, the motion to withdraw [ # 4 ]. is GRANTED, and attorney John L. Caudill is RELIEVED from further responsibility on appeal. Briefing will be held in abeyance for 60 days from the date of this order to permit the plaintiffs the opportunity to retain new counsel. If no new counsel enters an appearance prior to the expiration of that deadline, a pro se briefing schedule will issue. The plaintiffs are advised that if they fail to retain new counsel, the plaintiffs claims in their capacity as personal representative of the estate of Brian Keith Bennett and the claims of the estate may be dismissed as parties to the appeal. See Bass v. Leatherwood, 788 F.3d 228, 230 (6th Cir. 2015) (explaining that a personal representative may appear pro se on behalf of an estate only if he or she is the sole beneficiary of the estate and the estate has no creditors).
